  On 2/1 a customer was needing some paint mixed for a party, the employee proceeded to assist everyone but her (but he had her order). When another customer brought it to his attention that the other lady was ahead of her he acted as though it did not matter. The lady got a manager, Donnie that ended up berating this lady in front of her children all because she asked why she wasn't being serviced in a timely fashion and he had helped several other customers one of which he mixed paint for. I have Shopped in Lowe's for the better part of my life and I have never heard of customers being treated this way and from a manager who claims to have been with the company for 15 years and exclaimed that he would be there 15 more!?! I hope swift action (reprimands) are handed to these employees because I'm sure they wouldn't want their wife, mother or sister to be treated like the behavior they exemplified.
